1. Yêu cầu:
+ Độ tuổi : 20-38, Chiều cao 1m60 trở lên
+ Sức khỏe đạt tiêu chuẩn theo quy định, Không tiền án tiền sự, Chăm chỉ chịu khó…
+ Trình độ : Bằng Trung cấp, Cao đẳng đối với vị trí công việc thợ điện, bằng nghề đối với lao động thợ hàn.
2. Quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ:
+ Hợp đồng 3 năm có thể gia hạn
+ Giờ làm việc: 8 giờ/ ngày, 06 ngày / tuần
+ Giờ làm thêm tối thiểu từ 2-3h/ngày, giờ làm được tính 1.5% đối với ngày thường, 2.0% đối với ngày Chủ nhật.
+ Phương tiện đi lại làm việc, bảo hiểm, nhà ở: Chủ sử dụng chi trả miễn phí.
+ Thuế chính phủ: Theo luật lao động Malaysia
+ Chấp hành nghiêm chỉnh pháp luật nước sở tại cũng như quy định tại nơi làm việc của Chủ sử dụng.
+ Giáo dục định hướng và đào tạo ngoại ngữ: Miễn phí cho người lao động
3. Thời gian xuất cảnh: Khoảng 1,5 – 2 tháng kể từ ngày lao động nộp đủ các thủ tục theo quy định của công ty
4. Thủ tục tài chính :
+ Công ty hỗ trợ hồ sơ vay vốn đối với từng đối tượng vay phù hợp với từng ngân hàng theo quy định
5. Hồ sơ bao gồm:
+ Hồ sơ theo mẫu của Công ty cung cấp.
+ Hộ chiếu.
+ Hồ sơ khám sức khỏe (theo mẫu của Bệnh Viện được chỉ định).
+ 10 ảnh 4×6 (mới nhất, áo quần lịch sự)
+ Các bằng cấp và giấy tờ khác có liên quan
